PredictCan has a new lab location

In collaboration with PRADO, PredictCan developed serum-derived educated rat liver spheroids that enable individualized in vitro and in vivo DILI assessment within the same animal, providing richer toxicity data while supporting a substantial reduction in animal use.

Published in Frontiers in Toxicology in collaboration with Centre Antoine Lacassagne, the study demonstrates how PredictCan’s human serum-derived liver models combined with AI can capture chronic and individual-specific DILI while providing clinically relevant risk classification and mechanistic insights.
